HSE Report into Barry-in-Furness legionella incident at council run facility

August 2002 saw a legionella outbreak that resulted in 7  members of the public dying and some 180 people suffering ill health at a council-owned arts & leisure facility. 

Attached is the report following two public meetings chaired by Colin Pickthall. The report describes the outbreak, the subsequent investigation along with recommendations to others to help present another avoidable tragedy.
